Wow- it's summer!... i can't believe it's here already...

Dallas is home, yay!

Today he took pictures of me and Romeo outside with his awesome camera. (hence the new xanga picture.) It was much fun. I have to say that I am super glad that I have my brother back. He's gonna work at the H-Farm with me too.

God is so great, praise him for a quick recovery.... i'm crutch free now!! woo hoo.

It's been almost a month, it's time to update.....

Well for those who don't know, i've recently had surgery on my knee. How did this happen you ask? I hurt it 15 seconds into my lacrosse game about 3 weeks ago. Who took me out? Well actually i simply fell down. I was about to score the first goal of the game when POP! there went my knee. My mom took me to the ER and they looked at it. There i came to a conclusion that ER doctors know nothing about sports injuries.

Ok so i don't really feel like typing out the whole story in such detail so in short...

I visited my real doctor a week or so later and he told me I tore my ACL and MCL with a possible injury to the Miniscus. We set up a date for surgery, and it was such a blessing from God because I got to get it the very next day. I ended up needing ACL reconstruction surgery and he said the MCL just heals on it's own. Surgery went sooo well and now i have this really cool scar on my knee and a massive scary black brace that i have to wear for the next 5 months!!!!! YEA!!

On a lighter note, I am recovering fairly well. I am missing a lot of school and feel quite overwhelmed with it all but I am feeling much better. Therapy is going very well... they have me on the bike thing and i'm lifting weights already so thats awesome.

I'm not sure how many people are willing to read this entire entry, however i will say that prayers and visits are definitely appreciated!!!

Well, today's my birthday! To be honest, 17 doesn't feel much different than 16. Oh well, it's been a great Easter weekend. I hope everyone is having a good holiday too.

The mom took me shopping at King of Prussia yesterday for my birthday. I'm such a girl. But i did find some nice things. We had a blast. On our way home we stopped by a market where our friends own a pet shop and saw all the cute puppies. It was a good day.

Lacrosse is going pretty well. Our record doesn't show it, but we've been playing really well lately. Friday was home against Manheim Twnshp. They won but it was a really close game and we played so well.

Life is still very busy but i've learned that it's so important that we put our energy into things that will last... like relationships.

In conclusion...

Isaiah 41:10-
